    This guy claimed 2 times: The first time he claimed because the shipment "was lost", eBay close this because the shipment arrived on time. The second time claimed because the packet "was opened" but he intentionally did that. We agreed that he was going to send it back so I can send a better one but eBay close the case in his favor and he didnt answer me anymore. Finally, he kept the money and the item. Take care, he is a scammer.
