The Uma doll from Isle of the Lost was cocooned in protective packing paper. More packing paper held the dolls in place, and they were shipped in a sturdy box. The price was fantastic, as the doll came fully dressed and is in very fine shape. I'm very pleased with this lovely Disney doll. She has such a sweet face, and her hair is a delight! The shipping was nice, and I even received a refund for multiple items. Thank you so much for such superb service!
