Unfortunate to see this review, as I did my best by this customer. I even doubled the order at no charge when I sent the replacement. Customer left them at post office for many days and didn't monitor the tracking. shipping during high temps has risks, but I always try to make it right. Please consider my other positive reviews when shopping with me, I always send more than expected and very happy to send refunds or replacements when DOA.
