Seller Notes: “Walkman is in nice cosmetic condition.Surface does not have major damages.Tape compartment opens ... “Walkman is in nice cosmetic condition.Surface does not have major damages.Tape compartment opens and locks well.Battery cover lid closes properly.Please NOTE that spring battery contacts have some oxidation marks from previous leakage.Batteries are not included.Please NOTE that unit will not operate on batteries.All tape controls are mechanically responsive.REW is not functional.FF lack a bit of speed.Play is functional, with a good speed, but with a periodical click heard from outside.Recording is not checked.Tape counter is not functional.Please NOTE that there is some oxidation, patina inside a top side jacks.Audio 3.5mm jack inserts with a bit of force.Stereo can be achieved with a plug taken out for couple of mm.Case is in good condition, but transparent plastic is removed.Strap is in good condition.Item is offered AS described,for a professional restoration.”
