This FB may or may not stay. So I ordered 5 photos and received 4. This one I didn't get. I contacted them, they initially said sorry and they would send. However, I also noticed that the item was relisted. I pointed that out to them as well. A couple days went by without a word. Then when I received a seller offer for the relisted photo (remember, I already bought it), I decided to ask eBay for refund. The quality on the ones I received were poor, so I felt a refund and move on was best option.

I was aware of time difference and contacted them during THEIR day time during what would be considered normal business hours. I didn't expect it to be shipped that second, but I did expect the relisted photo that I purchased already to be removed immediately. Why would they still try to sell something that they know was already sold? I totally understand the mistake in forgetting to ship it with the others, & the relist wasn't intentional, but once they were aware it should have been taken down

I purchased multiple photos. None were good quality. They really look like they found the pictures online and just decided to print them off on a low quality printer. Our printer would have done a much more "professional" looking job. Definitely disappointing. This specific one wasn't the worst of the bunch, but it wasn't the better of them either. To be clear, none were good. Shipping was roughly 6 weeks, but did not play a factor in my FB rating.
