Seller Notes: “These have been removed from an early set of speakers designed by Mark Porzilli. (the speakers ... “These have been removed from an early set of speakers designed by Mark Porzilli. (the speakers sounded really great, but are very large and bulky, so we decided to part out and reuse the cabinets for another project.I was told they were built at Personalized Audio N.J. nearby to Melos. Mark aligned these ribbons at Melos, Mark fixed their flux issue by aligning the gaps. I have included a picture of the speaker cabinet as reference. They still sound amazing, and I will include all transformers and wiring as mark had it designed, minus the woofer. the transformer and caps will have glue residue as they were glued in the cabinets. Both ribbons measure .7 Ohms disconnected. Mark has a center Piezo looking device that is wired in the transformer circuit, it meters open, and I am not sure if it was for protection or sound?? I did not hear a distinct sound from it during testing. see photos and video.”
