Listed as Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) then shipped USPS ground advantage (AKA the cheapest slowest option) which is not an expedited service. Which technically should fall under the eBay money back guarantee, since a specific service was listed. A lot of people use shipping as part of the buying decision. I suppose I could return it since it is not technically what I paid for
