You take your chances when buying from this seller. He sent me a 13 year old Tire with a bulge in the side wall and said that it was safe and refuses to provide me a shipping label to return the item. And rim did not fit my car. I even provided him photos of the report from Discount Tire of how unsafe the tire is along with pictures he requested and he still refused to cooperate with the return. I had to go through Ebay for resolution.
