The item was shipped on time and operated fine, but it has little flexibility in using alternative formats for photos. I tried creating .jpeg and .jpg tags for photos created with different tags, but to no avail. They would not display on the screen and thus my reason for having this product was defeated. I’m returning it for a refund.
