The item was described as "Like New" but it arrived with the dust jacket and the hardcover torn (the former on both the front and the back), and at least one page with a yellow stain as from a sticky liquid. I contacted the seller but they didn't want to accept any responsibility. I'm keeping the item just not to waste more money and time on returning it for a refund.
