The item arrived in an Amazon box which was soaking wet, at some point it was put in a plastic bad, it was sealed before the box could properly dry. The remote inside the box was wet, but it works
Also, there was an existing account on the remote, with added devices, it seems to be a used item which was listed as new?!?!?!
