When my attempt to return the knife for refund was "closed" by eBay I was told to contact the seller for my refund. The seller first told me to contact eBay, then, after many emails of explanation to the seller, they offered to refund the purchase price, less a fee of some sort. I returned the knife to the seller and I've been given a refund of the purchase price. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience.
