This seller did an awesome job helping when my order was either lost or swiped from my porch! Shipped in a sturdy box with lots of bubble wrap for protection and the figure is beautiful, however, just fyi, play arts kai is bigger than regular play arts so he does not fit with the regular figures i already had. This is my fault for not checking measurements!! The seller did everything perfectly!! Great communication, super helpful! Absolutely recommend!!
