By some utter miracle the wheel is ok, battered but ok. It was thrown into a too big box without ANY protection to sides, top or bottom so unsurprisingly had broken through the box and was hanging partially out - RUBBISH PACKAGING for quite a costly item. Someone should be sacked. Zero stars. Picture available if anyone cares to follow up.
