Set in a strange steampunk world reminiscent of Western Europe's Interwar period of the 1920s and '30s and in which the Royal Empire is plagued by famine and semi-anarchy, PUMPKIN SCISSORS chronicles the operations of a war relief faction determined to thrive and topple corruption once and for all despite constant opposition. Things really get shaken up when a mysterious soldier joins the ranks of the Pumpkin Scissors unit. This release contains the first half of the 24-episode first season.
