This New 2DS XL came with Luma 10.x.x installed (hacked). In my case, I planned to do this anyway, but this is 100% something that should have been disclosed. The "A" button requires extra force to respond reliably, and the left speaker does not work at all. The exterior has many scratches and has clearly been dropped multiple times. Overall, I don't think the $200 price was a little high for a console in this condition. I would have tried to return, but it is a gift and time is running out!
