The item arrived broken and the packaging was destroyed inside the bag. I contacted the seller and they offered 30% discount rather than send it back! I insisted that they refund me. I was then asked if I could get it fixed locally!
eBay then stepped in as requested and refunded me in full. I think that this seller is non UK based and can't handle returns. My advice is to not deal with this seller as they sell absolute rubbish and have no concept of UK trading rules. AVOID.
