Only reason I kept it was that it went with my 2022 TPC set of Pujols cards. I’m not messing around with messaging and drama anymore. So any defects in the slab should have been noted in the card description by the seller and he should have checked it before mailing. Since you can’t miss these bad spots on the slab, seller definitely knew about it. Happy to provide images if necessary.
