I'm pleased with the bookmark but it was difficult to collect..I used Click and Collect and the sender did not write on the outside of the package the information needed for it to be recorded at my chosen collection destination so that a message could be sent to me. This has happened before with Ebay and I can only suggest that training be improved for senders who are willing to use this method.
