The item is exactly as described, packaged very well, fast shipping, great eBayer. This Snap on 3/4 drive breaker bar/ratchet handle is the best price I’ve seen since they’ve been unavailable. Others are really price gouging at double and triple Snap-on’s listed price; but I saved $12 than if I purchased from Snap on directly due to their shipping under $250.
