The trailer brake actuator was packed in a cardboard box with very little paper packing.UPS wrote damaged on box prior to delivery.Actuator was damaged.I contacted seller they gave me options.One was to keep product at a discounted price.I told them I would keep it and repair the product at a discounted rate because I had to have trailer done for a planned trip.After that conversation I have heard nothing from them.Go else where.
