Two differences from OEM, one good other not so much.
1) OEM has cloth sides rather than the vinyl on this replacement. Good.
2) Replacement used different side clip design (First photo) from OEM (Second photo) making clip unusable. Not so good. Solved problem with a handful of sheet-metal screws...hoping that holds.
Even with the challenge indicated above, I would recommend. Fits nice and material quality is good.
