Tracking shows in transit, its possibly lost. Simply asked the buyer to wait a short time for the missing mail request to turn up anything. Was in full contact with buyer. Why would I refuse a refund when that is ultimately futile? Buyer never indicated they wanted a refund 'right now' which was not granted, every indication was they understood the process.
