There was some wear on the sides of the box, but nothing too bad.
Overall, the figure came in perfect condition. Nothing was broken or loose, the music box works, and even the hair pieces and fingers that I was worried would have slight damage came exactly as I imagined. This figure is beautiful, and and the color is vibrant.
The package took a while to ship, a lot longer than what the estimate was, but I think it was worth it for what I got.
