I have tracked, found out the parcel went missing, communicated that the parcel was missing to you, and kept you updated with all the steps I've taken. The parcel was lost by Evri. I filed a claim as soon as possible. I will refund you what I am able to when I receive it. In the future, I recommend not selecting Evri for delivery to your area, and perhaps paying for insurance to make sure you can get a full refund if this happens again.
