The flash is just as advertised and arrived in pristine condition, but negative feedback is being given because the seller advertised this as shipping via Priority Mail, but cheaped out and used Ground Advantage instead. I bought it from him specifically because it said "expedited shipping." Ended up taking two weeks to get to me, added with holiday transit times, and not so much as an apology from the seller. He needs to learn some customer service skills and courtesy.
