Very dissapointing. Received a broken analyser that cost thousands, and they keep asking me to make little videos to send to them, then the they cant open it, then this then that, runaround, everything other than just taken the broken rubish and give me my money back...probably some middleman stealing peoples money, discusting bussiness!
