The neon light arrived w broken tube. Seller offer to ship replacement tubes for me to repair it myself. Even though I paid $138 I agreed to attempt to repair it with new pieces. It's been 12 days now since I talked to the seller. When I contacted them to let them know I was filing a claim for reimbursement they sent me a shipping number that had just been created and wasn't even in the system yet. Terrible service after the sale
