The parcel arrived quickly but there was a broken spinning rod inside. The seller was irresponsible, packed it in a box and not in a tube. After filing a claim, he asked for additional photos to claim against the Fedex carrier. And then he simply returned the money. Although I paid taxes for the broken spinning rods through the same carrier

Got a hold of the seller a day before the expected delivery to inquire about the tracking since it has not updated since shipping label was created. Seller advised that the merchandise was lost.
