They told me of how rough FedEx handles packages and yet they do not add any padding around the sides to protect the laptop. They obviously didn't shrink wrap tightly enough to keep the laptop from sliding around and it could be that no matter how tight they wrap it it still will slide around and possibly get damaged. So why not add padding around the sides to prevent damage like that done to the first one we received. They just blamed and went after FedEx and put me down for mentioning it.
