Wow! We’re totally shocked here! We Did respond! We explained we’d send her a slip AFTER Juneteenth (the day our ancestors were freed!), woke up to this! The GOV acknowledges it as an holiday. However, this woman does NOT! Also, the necklace is made & connected w metal! But what in the world are you stringing jewelry w for SIXTY years if not string? And the necklace was sent out the day she ordered! She also claimed damages in feedback, but in messages said it was stunning! Just TOTAL SHOCK!
