Your parts were in Jacksonville FL in 5 days, then it took 20 days to get to Puerto Rico. Normally USPS Ground Advantage is 7 to 8 days total. I checked and to go UPS or Fed-ex the parts would have cost you 35.00 more just for shipping. Sorry for the long delay on the part of the US postal service. All I can figure is they put it on a slow boat.
