    Unnecessary negative feedback left after the shipping issue identified had been resolved with a full refund along with our sincere apologies. Buyer accepted the refund, indicating that she would be interested in acquiring the vintage shoes if / or when the shipment had been retrieved from the Royal Mail undamaged.
