Horrible experience! Purchased and paid for the item on Dec 9th. Reached out a few times the following week asking when the item would ship. 1 1/2 weeks later seller finally responded and informed me he had already sold the item to someone else and sent that buyer the shipping label to send it me. The seller proceeded to insult me by name calling when I asked for a refund due to the fact that I wasn’t going to get the item. I did eventually get the refund, but it took several messages.
