    This buyer is lying. I never told buyer I was not responsible or to put a claim to USPS. The buyer, arriba.arriba, never responded to a full refund or opened a case on ebay. Never even said if they received the package even though tracking said it was delivered. Absolute no communication and then a negative feedback. Beware of this buyer.
