No it is absolutely correct I paid for 8 matrix shafts In my previous order and only got 6.On top of that I got a bunch of promises about getting me missing shafts incl in this order where you promised to send extra to compensate for missing matrix shafts.Bunch of promises not kept from you despite being year long customer.two shafts is all it took for you to make a bunch of promises you never kept rather than keeping a customer.I gave any and every opportunity to make it right.
