I ordered 2 different cowboy hats from this seller. Each had a different picture and description. They sent the SAME hat on both different orders. When questioned the seller replied “try ordering a more expensive hat-we just ship them not make them.” Talk about poor customer service. Did get refunded but it was at the last hour of the last day they had to give it.I like how you must pay immediately but don’t get your refund for a week.1 of 2 sellers I’ve not liked in my history of reviews.
