      well I received the shipment. USPS damaged 2 of the 10 chips. (They are cracked) It appears that the package was caught somehow and was ripped open. USPS placed the contents with the torn package in one of their "WE CARE" plastic bags and delivered it to my house. All but 2 chips would format. I'm not really happy with the USPS
