It was listed as in "good" shape, and the DVd likely is, but the original box it is supposed to come with--which states as included--is not. I was sent just the actual DVD--well packaged and quickly, but I collect these movies and no way would I have spent 9 for a dvd plus 5 shipping for just the dvd. It was stated as having the package and seller lied.
