Seller Notes: “The soft cover book is in great vintage condition, with no missing pages, no writing or coloring on ... “The soft cover book is in great vintage condition, with no missing pages, no writing or coloring on any of the pages (with the exception of a price, in pencil, at the top of the front cover), and minimal soiling and wear. However, there is a 0.5 inch tear to the bottom of the front cover; a scrape near that tear that does go through the paper; a small diagonal chip to the upper outside corner of the rear cover; and a 1.5 inch split to the spine at the bottom which does impact all of the pages. In addition, all of the internal pages have browning to them due to age. This fragile and rare piece is very difficult to find in this condition.”
