Hello, we were trying to purchase makeup and then when we received the item, we immediately tried returning it. It says that they do not accept returns, however, the paper we received in the mail says that all we had to do was to let them know that I wanted to return it and they would give us instructions...we have YET to hear from them and just want to get a shipping label to return it and receive a refund. PLEASE RESPOND!!
