I never got my refund not sure who’s fault but also claimed not to know where the item was and told me days later

While it is definitely true that I couldn't find the item, I have tried over so many emails to try and help regarding the refund issue. I offered you a free item to make up for not being able to find the item. Everything indicates that the refund has gone through and I have provided you with screenshots, I told you to try open a case on the item to try and get ebay to step in. You then told me that it was probably your fault because of the card you used. I don't know what else I could have done.
