    The product description states the condition is brand new, unused and unopened all of which is not true. The product box was opened before I received it, there are tears at the tab slit. The batteries were loose and rattling around the alarm inside of the box. It appears it was a return item therefore it could already been activated. I expect an immediate refund including tax and shipping charges due to the fact you fraudulently misrepresented this item. Send a prepaid shipping label -return
