Victorian lady pillow purchased on April 11 with shipping being 3-5 days. I get message it would be 5-7 days and 10 days at most. Sorry for inconvenience. Day 11 ask to either ship or refund. Day 18 asked for refund since seller broke agreement. Instead it was shipped a few days later giving me tracking number with no response. Pillow arrived May 3rd; not a good way to run a business. I have been a buyer since 2000 and have never had an experience like this or left negative feedback.
