The 20" bass drum came a day early, which was cool. Quality, condition, and appearance was top notch. Now I can go ahead and turn a 2up, 2down, drum kit into a, "bop" kit for those jazz gigs and sell off the 22" kick. After 30+ years of playing drums, I've found that a 20" kick is the better option. It gives a more focused attack, easier control, and just enough low end for my needs.
