Head warmer has an elasticised edge and is very tight on my shaved head. Not sure how comfortable this will be on a longer ride. I wear a Med cycling helmet. Sits under helmet nicely though and is warm. I wouldn't recommend for a larger head - would be very uncomfortable. 4 star for description as I don't believe 1 size fits all comfortably.
