Quality seems to be there. I didn't get the item displayed in the photos, I seemed to have gotten the one where you can put speakers under the back rest which I did not want. There are also other holes throughout the item that I'm not to sure what they would be for. Shipping was an absolute nightmare, everything showed up at different times and almost 2 weeks late which is not the sellers fault but if you live in Canada I would look at other options. All in all I'm not to thrilled.
