See photos. Ordered 2.5mm twin and earth, received 5 core flex. Granted, both cables were white. Mistakes can’t be helped, but service can. I contacted seller asking for returns process and if they actually had Twin and Earth they could send as I needed it urgently for a job. Instead of answering my questions they were only interested in seeing photo of my cable and then could I advise of text hidden under sticky label until 3rd email asking for refund as I purchased elsewhere as I couldn’t wait

It seems that you can no longer buy white 2.5 T&E unless it is this low smoke cable, which is fine except it is very expensive as it usually has to be bought in large rolls. So this 5m package was just what I needed as I had to have white - a small quantity for a modest price. I have not worked with it before but, my goodness, this cable is solid tough stuff, hard to bend, but it did the job. Thank you, and please continue to offer small quantities.
