Great grip trainer that will last you a looooong time!
The only minus is that the grip is really sharp in the beginning and it will be like sanding your palms with sandpaper but It'll smooth out after few months of use hopefully.
The trainer has a easy way to change the resistance which is good for progression. The steps are quite harsh tho jumping from 64kg to 77kg to 90kg so every time you want to progress you're adding 13kg to your squeeze.
