Huge Disappointment, seller sent was was ordered when arrived damaged drained of oil inside the unopened box seller said shipping company removes oil for shipping. Even though it was obvious from photo taken was just bad packaging. SELLER has now doubled down by saying it was just test oil not needed Compressors do NOT have TEST oil. they DO have a very specific amount of oil inside. I have been in the HVAC/R business since i was 19 i am now 60 . So LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE. Shame

Air express UPS is embargoed for liquid products. When UPS checks the package, if it finds that your package contains oil, it will pour out the oil. I told you, you don't believe it. You're 60 years old, why don't you have some common sense.There is a part of the test oil in the compressor. The buyer will add it after receiving it for a period of time. Why can't you?
